Yes. Content is arranged into sections of the tab called modules. Each module has a bar with a title—for example, Today, Weather, or Top Stories from AP. To the left of the title is a triangle you can click to show just the title bar and click again to open the content when you want to view it.

You can also minimize the Quicklinks list by the clicking the minimize button in the upper-right corner of the list. This removes the list from the tab and adds a Quicklinks button to the left of the tabs. The current readjusts, filling in the space with content.

Also to the right on each title bar is a close X button. Click the X to remove the content from the tab. The tab readjusts the rest of the content to use the space left. Note that you can add the content back through the Add Content button.
