You can delete a ring tone by choosing the "Delete" option from your phone menu.

Also note that if you do not have any empty spaces to save a ring tone, then you will need to save the new ring tone over one of the personal ring tones that you have downloaded before. Please check how many ring tones you can save on your cell phone.
