Once you have made a rating, it takes a minimum of 90 seconds for this rating to propagate through our servers so it appears when you next view that artist's page. If the page still does not reflect your updated ratings, try clearing your browser cache by following the instructions below and viewing the page again.

Internet Explorer 5 and 6:

1. Select the Tools menu.
2. Choose "Internet Options."
3. Click the "Settings" button, which is located in the Temporary Internet Files category.
4. Click the option marked "Every visit to the page."
5. Click "OK."
6. Click the "Delete Files" button, which is located in the Temporary Internet Files category.
7. Click "OK" to go ahead with the Temporary File deletion, which clears your browser's cache of stored files.
8. Click "OK" to close the Options window and return to your browser.
9. Click the "Refresh" icon on the toolbar.
