Yahoo! Music Jukebox Pages Load Slowly
If you are experiencing page slowness with the Yahoo! Music Jukebox or Yahoo! Music Unlimited, try adjusting the amount of space Internet Explorer devotes to stored files. This has proven to be a way to improve speed and performance.
- Close Yahoo! Music Jukebox if it is open.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select "Tools".
- Click "Internet Options".
- Under "Temporary Internet files", click the "Delete Files" button.
- Make sure "Delete all offline content" is checked.
- Also under "Temporary Internet files", click the "Delete Cookies" button.
- Also under "Temporary Internet files", click on the "Settings" button.
- Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages:" be sure that "Automatically" is selected.
- Under "Temporary Internet files folder," set the amount of disk space to use to 100 MB if it currently higher than that. Click "OK."
- Click the "OK" button to close the dialogue box when you are done.
