Sansa Connect is Not Seen by Yahoo! Music Jukebox When Connected
Q: When I connect the Sansa Connect to my PC, it doesn't show up in the Yahoo! Music Jukebox, or on my computer. What should I do?
A: Reset the Sansa Connect by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds to power off, then power on again. Ensure you are connecting to a USB 2.0 port directly on the computer and not on a hub.
This issue is with the Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) and is fixed with a Sansa Connect firmware update (ZAP v1.01.27236 or later). If you are seeing this error, it's probable you have an older firmware version (check in Settings > Info > Software Versions. If earlier than the version above, it should be updated).
You can update your firmware simply by accessing Wifi services on the Sansa Connect. The firmware will be automatically downloaded within about 10 minutes of connection. Reset the Sansa Connect by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds to power off, then power on again to load the new firmware.
