Create a Playlist Based on My Station
You can create an instant playlist based on the kind of music you are likely to hear on your own LAUNCHcast Station.
Click LAUNCHcast Radio in the left frame. If you are signed in and have customized your station, you will see the button Create a Playlist Based on My Station on the LAUNCHcast main page or the My Station page. When clicked, the Yahoo! Music Jukebox will generate an instant playlist of songs representative of music played on your station based on your ratings and similar artists.
At the bottom of the window, click Play to hear the songs (without a Yahoo! Music Unlimited subscription, you will only hear :30 samples). Click Save as Playlist to save it. You can then transfer the playlist to portable devices, allow friends to listen, and more. The new playlist will appear under My Playlists as My Station.
Note that each time you click Create a Playlist Based on My Station, the playlist called My Station will be overwritten with new offerings; if you want to keep a specific My Station Playlist intact, rename it in left frame (right-click the name My Station, highlight Rename, and give it a new name.) That way, a new My Station Playlist won't overwrite the existing version.
The My Station Playlist feature is available only to Yahoo! Music Unlimited subscribers. If you have a LAUNCHcast Plus-only subscription and would like to use this feature, consider upgrading to Yahoo! Music Unlimited for this, and many additional benefits.
