You can purchase a burnable download where ever you see a BUY button -- on a song or album page, in a list of songs, and other places. Simply click this button and follow the instructions. If you already have a Yahoo! Music Unlimited or Yahoo! Wallet account, you will be prompted to confirm the song(s) you wish to buy. Once confirmed, the download will begin and you'll see the songs appear in My Music. If you don't yet have an account, you'll first be prompted to complete the account setup process first.

A Download Manager will indicate the song's download progress, and provide any instruction should there be a problem.

If you do not see a BUY button next to a song title, that song or album is not available. The respective copyright owners decide what is available for online purchase. Sometimes all the songs on a published album may not be available for online purchase. In that case, you'll see the total cost of the individual songs added together; you can choose which songs you want to buy from that list, or all of the available songs.

A purchased, burnable download is not governed by the same digital rights management (DRM) rules as subscription music. Burnable downloads you purchase individually, apart from your subscription music, are yours to keep and enjoy regardless of your subscription status. However, purchased, burnable downloads can only be downloaded once, and if lost (i.e., your hard drive crashes), must be repurchased. For this reason, we strongly suggest you back up your purchased, burnable downloads on CD.
