Notice for Sansa Connect and Yahoo! Music Unlimited users:

On August 31, 2008, a firmware update will change the functionality of Yahoo! Music Unlimited on your Sansa Connect device. After the update, you will no longer be able to:

You will also still be able to play tracks purchased from the Yahoo! Music store, transferred via connection to PC, and view Flickr photos, including the most interesting of the day and your personal photo sets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my Sansa Connect work with Rhapsody To Go?

If you have a Rhapsody To Go subscription, you will be able to transfer subscription music to the Sansa Connect device by connecting it to your computer and using the Rhapsody Music Software. You will not be able to download subscription content directly to the device wirelessly over your Wi-Fi network.

A mandatory firmware update will be installed on your Sansa Connect device at the end of July. Any Yahoo! Music Unlimited subscription content still on the device at that time will no longer play after the update. It is recommended that you delete any subscription Yahoo! Access to customized stations such as “My Station” or “Moods” will no longer be available. Yahoo!
