Dell Device Upgrade Information and Error Troubleshooting

A number of portable devices are compatible with Yahoo! Music Unlimited subscription song files, including the devices below. However, they may need some additional software that did not come installed from the manufacturer. It's easy to go to the manufacturer's site, download the firmware update, and you're ready to go.

  4. Close the Yahoo! Music Jukebox, all other media applications (Windows Media Player, Musicmatch Jukebox, etc.), and all other windows on your desktop.
