View Your Account and/or Purchase History

To View Your Yahoo! Music Unlimited Purchase History:

  1. Check the Yahoo! Account Management page. Here you'll be able to view all Yahoo! Music Unlimited purchases and subscription information, as well as update, edit or delete your account information; OR
  2. View the Download Manager in the Yahoo! Music Jukebox. Click Download Manager in the left navigation pane to see all requested tracks, errors, currently downloading, and more.

To View Your Payment History:

  1. Click My Account at the top right of the Yahoo! Music Jukebox window
  2. Click Manage My Premium Services
  3. Click Payment History
  4. You can also access this information using the link above

Any downloaded song you request from Yahoo! Music Unlimited is displayed in the Download Manager.

When you request music -- either burnable downloads or subscription songs -- the Download Manager will actively show the progress of your download. If any errors occur, you will be notified, and may retry the download.

In addition, the Download Manager retains a record of every download you have requested for 30 days, so you may click Download Manager in the left navigation pane to review the status of music you downloaded.

You must be logged in to view your Download Manager data.
