After you have created a quick message, you can insert it in your instant messages with friends. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Start or open a conversation with a friend by clicking on an available contact’s name.
2. Choose Quick text.
3. Choose the quick message you want to include.
   The message goes to your friend.
