When you use your mobile device to sign in and access Yahoo! Messenger, it adds the text "I'm mobile" next to your status in the lists of your online contacts.
To remove or change your status, do the following:
- Sign into Yahoo! Messenger from your device.
- Choose Preferences.
- Choose Mobile Status Message.
- Provide a new status message. Note: If you do not provide a new status message, your status will continue to show as "I'm mobile."
- Choose Submit.
