To use Yahoo! Mail on your mobile phone, you need:

• A valid Yahoo! ID
• An Internet-enabled phone
• Mobile web access

Yahoo! ID

If you don't have a Yahoo! ID—for example, micawber2009—click the Sign Up link which is either at the top of a help page or at any of the login pages. Fill in the registration forms, and you'll have your ID.

Internet-enabled phone

Many if not most phone browsers available today are ready to use Yahoo! Mail. In addition, the iPhone and the Blackberry Smartphone have special access steps. Click this link for iPhone. Mobile web access

Many if not most phone plans available today include web access. Yahoo! does not have this information, so you will have to consult your wireless carrier company to find out for sure. Check the phone's manual, your receipt, or the agreement contract for details about your wireless carrier company.

To access Yahoo! Mail on your mobile phone, visit http://mobile.yahoo.com/mail on a PC and follow the instructions to get started. Using your mobile phone's web browser, you can type in http://m.yahoo.com, and then click the Mail link to access Yahoo! Mail.
