Note: Make sure that you have your device with you before you register your pager and other device for alerts.

To register your page or other device:

1. Open a new window with this link to the My Mobile Yahoo! Mobile home page.
2. Click Add Alerts Device.
3. Choose Pager/Other Devices for the Device Type.
4. Choose a message limit: 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 per day, or unlimited.
   This sets the maximum number of alert messages you receive each day from Yahoo! on your mobile device.
5. Click Continue to Step 2.
6. Provide either the device's number and carrier or its email address. The address often consists of the number, @, a carrier name, and .com.
7. Click Continue to Step 3.
8. Verify your pager information and enter the confirmation code sent to your pager or other mobile device.
9. Click Continue to Step 4.
   You have now registered your pager.
10. Click Done.

As needed, click Set a Mobile Alert to navigate to the Mobile Alerts page where you can create alerts:

1. Click an alert link and follow the steps to create an alert.
2. Select the device from the pull-down menu.
3. Click Finished.
