Open an archive by clicking on a conversation in the My History window.

In the detailed conversation that appears below, click the line you want to delete (or use the Shift and Ctrl keys to select multiple lines – Shift for Lines that are in a sequence, and Ctrl for intermittent lines).

Then click Delete.
