It's easy to change your display image. Here's how:

1. Look in the lower-right corner of your Messenger window for a simple icon of a head and shoulders. See it?
2. Click it. This opens a slider.
3. Drag the slider to the right to enlarge your friends' display images, or drag left to zoom out and make them smaller.
