If you've activated Auto Recharge, you'll have to turn it off to prevent any recharge to your account when the funds fall below $2.00. Here’s how:

• Sign in to your Yahoo! Voice account.
• Click My Services at the top of the page.
• Select "Off" next to "Auto Recharge".
