Yahoo! does not charge the recipient of a call or voice conversation made through Yahoo! Messenger. Whether it is a PC-to-PC voice conversation, a call made from Yahoo! Messenger to a phone number, or someone calling you through Yahoo! Phone In, we do not charge the recipient for that incoming call.

However, we cannot control what other landline and mobile telephone service providers charge for incoming or outgoing calls.
