When you get a message from someone who’s not in your Messenger List, you'll see three links at the top of the conversation area: Add to Contact List, Ignore and Report as Spam. Click Report as Spam. This automatically adds the sender's ID to your Ignore List. You won't receive more IMs from that ID.
