Yes. You can create up to six (6) additional aliases to use instead of your Yahoo! ID, so you can keep private details private.

Here's how:

1. Click the Messenger menu in Messenger.
2. Select My Account Info. This opens a browser window displaying your account details.
3. Click the Edit/Create Profiles link on the right side of the page.
4. In the lower portion of the page, click Add an alias.
5. Enter a new alias in the box that opens.
6. Click Save.
7. At the bottom of the page, click Close.
