Sometimes you need to see an old text message for an important phone number or meeting spot. Here’s how to keep them:

1. Click the Messenger menu and select Preferences.
2. From the list on the left, click "Archive".
3. Check the box next to "Yes, save all of my messages".
4. Click the OK button at the bottom of the window.

To view archived text messages:

1. Click the Contacts menu and select "Message Archive." At the bottom of the folder list that appears on the left, click SMS messages.
2. Click the mobile number you want to view.
