How do I share photos?

Piece of cake with Yahoo! Messenger.
  1. Start a conversation with someone by double-clicking their name in your Messenger list.
  2. Then, just click the "Photos" button at the top of the conversation window. This sends the other person an invitation to start sharing photos.
  3. Once they click Accept, just drag your photo—or photos—into the big box where it says, "Share Photos". Yep, it's that easy—just click on your photo wherever it's stored on your computer, hold down, and drag it into the conversation window's "Share Photos" area. Then let go.
  4. Your image shows up on the other person's computer immediately. Cool, huh? You can see which photo they're looking at (if you send more than one) by looking to the right of the Friend's View button at the bottom of the window.
  5. If they share a photo you want to save, click Save at the bottom of the window. You can also click Tools to do a variety of things, like use an image for your display image, and click + Add Photos... to navigate to other photos you'd like to share.
In addition to sharing photos from your computer, you can also share photos from your Flickr account. Click the down-arrow next to the + Add Photos... button at the bottom of the window, and then click Add from Flickr...

How to send photos quick but not view them together

Finally, if you just want to send the photo files to another person (instead of viewing them together), just drag the files to the conversation area and let go. The other person can then click Accept to receive the original photo files.
