When the group disbands, it's easy to clear the slate. To delete a group from your Messenger List:

1. First delete all contacts from the group...or move them to another group.
2. Right-click their name and click Delete.
3. Click Yes.

Right-click on the group you wish to delete.

1. Select "Delete Group."
2. Click the OK button.
