If you can't see your picture or your Avatar, you might have a corrupt file in your cache folder. Deleting the cache files will fix this display issue. Here's how:
- Go to your desktop and double-click My Computer.
- Click the C: drive.
- Find this folder: "C://Program Files/Yahoo!/Messenger/cache/Avatars"
- Highlight the files in the above folders and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
- Sign in to Yahoo! Messenger and you should be all set!

Macromedia Flash Player installed. (Please use Internet Explorer to install the player.)
