To hide or show the Plug-in menu at the bottom of your Contact List, click the up/down arrow to the right of the word “Plug-ins.” See it?

Once the Plug-in menu is open, you can expand or shrink it by dragging the divider bar up or down. (The divider bar has three dots on it.) If you have more plug-ins than can fit in the space, use the up and down buttons in the lower-right to scroll your plug-ins list up or down.
