Are you on another call? Are you too busy to take a call? Are you hiding from the person who’s calling? No worries. Now that you have Yahoo! Messenger, sending a call to voicemail is easy. When a new call comes in, you have three options:

• Accept
• Decline
• IM Only

By clicking "Decline," the person trying to call you will hear "The person you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message." They won’t know that you declined the call.

Please Note: If Open Talk is enabled, you won’t be able to send the call to voicemail, as you will be directly connected without a prompt to Accept, Decline, or IM Only. To ensure that you’re prompted on all incoming calls, change your status to anything other than Open Talk.
