Unfortunately, Yahoo! Messenger is not compatible with WebTV or Sega Dreamcast, because they don't have the ability to download and install software or to load and run Java applets.

If, at some point in the future, WebTV or Sega Dreamcast adds the ability to load and run Java and JavaScript, you'll then be able to use the Web Messenger without a problem.
