Please make sure that your system is configured to read and write in multiple languages. We suggest checking your regional settings:

1. Click "Start."
2. Select "Settings."
3. Click the "Control Panel" option, which will launch a new window.
4. Locate the "Regional Options" icon and double click the icon.
5. Make sure you have the languages configured correctly.
