To find out the build of the Yahoo! Messenger on your computer, please follow these instructions:

On a PC:

1. Click "Help" on the Yahoo! Messenger menu bar.
2. Click "About Yahoo! Messenger."
3. This will open a new window with the version and build number; you should see a series of numbers similar to this:

   MyYahoo Module (9.0.0.1)

On a Mac:


1. Click "Yahoo! Messenger" on the Menu bar.
2. Select "About Yahoo! Messenger."
