To enable text message archives:

1. Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Preferences."
2. Click the "Archive" category.
3. Enable the option labeled "Archive Text Messages."
4. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.

To view archived text messages:

1. Click the "Contacts" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Message Archive."
2. Expand the Mobile Messages folder and click the mobile number you want to view.
