How do I select a picture?
You can choose any photograph or picture to be displayed to other people during an IM conversation.
- There are two ways to configure your picture:
- Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Preferences." Select the "Display Image" category and click the "Change Default" button.
- Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "My Display Image."
- Select the "Share my picture" option and click the "Select a Picture" graphic.
- Select a picture or use one of your own by clicking the "Browse" button. With this button you can browse your hard drive for a picture. The picture must be one of the following graphic types: .bmp, .jpeg, .png, or .gif.
- Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
Note: You can change your picture by clicking the "Change" button to the right of your picture.
