You can change a group's name, or you can change how you appear (online or invisible) to a group.

To edit a group's name or settings:

1. Click the group name while pressing the "Control" key to highlight the name, or right-click on it.
2. Click "Rename" to change the group's name, or click "Stealth Settings" to change how you appear to this group.
