How do I map an Address?

With the new Yahoo! Maps for Broadband, you can enter an address all in one line, such as:

701 First Ave, Sunnyvale, CA

You can also use a zipcode instead of a city and state, and if you're looking for general maps of an area, you can just enter a city and state/province, or even city and country.

As a shortcut, with the new Yahoo! Maps, you can actually copy and paste multi-lined addresses in to the address entry field. For example you can copy all three lines below:

701 First Ave
Sunnyvale, CA
94089

And paste it in to the Address entry box using ctrl-v or using the right-click paste option.

Yahoo! Maps accepts:

Address, City, State (either spelled out, or as 2 letter abreviations)
Address, Postal Code
Postal Code
Airport Codes
City, State
City, Province
City, Country

Note: Yahoo! Maps for Broadband uses a single line to map addresses, such as: 701 First Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 95089
