How do I edit Yahoo! Reminders?

While it can't whisper tactfully in your ear to remind you of your luncheon with the president, Yahoo! Calendar can effectively keep you on-track with a reminder system you design yourself.

To start, click "Calendar" in the navigation bar on the left side of your Yahoo! Mail page. It's between "Contacts" and "Notepad."

  1. Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the Calendar page.
  2. Under "Personalization," click "Reminders."
  3. You can adjust these reminder settings:
    • Get (or don't get) a daily email of your calendar
    • Send reminders to Yahoo! Messenger, email, and mobile
    • Decide how long prior to an event you want your reminder sent

To edit a single event/reminder:

  1. From the tabs along the top of the main Calendar page, click "Event lists."
  2. Click an event from the list. This opens the even details, where you can make adjustments however you'd like.

When you're finished making changes, click "Update" at the bottom of the page to put your changes into effect.
