To change your Welcome name, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account.
2. Click on the drop down arrow beside your name in the upper left corner, select Edit My Account.
3. A new browser page will open. Enter your password and click Sign in.
4. Scroll down to the Contact Information section and click on Update your contact information.
5. The name you enter in the Name; field is the name displayed on the Yahoo! Mail Welcome page.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the yellow Save button, this will save your information.
7. After you click Save you will be prompted to verify your password.
8. Enter your password and click Sign in.

Your new Welcome name now appears when you login to Yahoo! Mail. If you don't see the new name, click the Refresh or Reload button on your browser's toolbar.
