1. In the Outlook Toolbar, click on Tools then select E-mail Accounts.
2. In the Email Accounts window, click Add a new e-mail account.
3. Click Next.
4. Select POP3 and click Next.



User Information:
- Type your name (This name will show up to others when they receive your email)
- E-mail address should be your Yahoo! Mail address.

Logon Information:
- Type your full email address (e.g., "example@yahoo.com")
- Password is your Yahoo! Mail password. (Ensure you are entering the correct password)

Server Information:
- Incoming Mail Server (POP3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com

5. Click More Settings.
6. Click on Outgoing Server tab and check the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
7. Click OK.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Finish.

You should now be able to access your Yahoo! Mail account through Outlook.
