Yes. When you download your Yahoo! Mail Plus messages using a POP3 email client, any messages sent to your Yahoo! disposable addresses disposable email addresses are also downloaded as long as you elected to deliver these messages to your Inbox (and not to a specific folder) when you set up the address.
