What if I can't read the Verification letters or numbers?

Which problem are you having?

I don’t see any verification letters or numbers

If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox, your browser might be blocking images. Follow the instructions for your browser to see if it is blocking images:

Internet Explorer

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears.
  2. IE Advanced tab

  3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down to Multimedia and select the Show pictures checkbox.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.

Firefox (Windows)

  1. From the Tools menu, select Options. The Options dialog box appears.

  3. In the top section of the window, click Content.
  4. Make sure the Load images automatically checkbox is selected.
  5. Click OK.

Firefox (Mac OS X)

  1. From the Firefox menu, select Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears.

  3. In the top section of the window, click Content.
  4. Make sure the Load images automatically checkbox is selected.

I can see the verification image, but I am unable to identify the verification letters and numbers
