Sometimes you are asked to enter a CAPTCHA code to prove that you are a real person and not a computer program trying to imitate a human. The screen asking for verification looks similar to this one:

If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox, your browser might be blocking images. Follow the instructions for your browser to see if it is blocking images:
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears.
- In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to Multimedia and select the Show pictures checkbox.
- Click OK to save your changes.

- From the Tools menu, select Options. The Options dialog box appears.
- In the top section of the window, click Content.
- Make sure the Load images automatically checkbox is selected.
- Click OK.
