CertifiedEmail™ is a class of email that provides accredited commercial, non-profit, and government senders an easy and reliable way for you to identify authentic email messages from them.

Messages from CertifiedEmail senders are marked with a blue-ribbon envelope. This ensures that:

  • The sender of the message is legitimate, and has been verified as the true owner of the brand being represented.
  • You have an existing relationship with this sender, either because you opted in to the sender's email, or because you’re an existing customer.
  • The sender of the message meets strict standards set by Yahoo!, including maintaining very low spam complaint rates.

For more information about CertifiedEmail, please visit the CertifiedEmail website.

If you are receiving mail from a CertifiedEmail sender by mistake, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email message or click Spam to move it into your Spam folder.
