We understand that not all organizations support the use of Instant Messaging inside their networks. If you need to prevent Yahoo! Mail users on your network from chatting, we suggest blocking DNS lookups to webcs.msg.yahoo.com, httpcs.msg.yahoo.com, and rest-core.msg.yahoo.com by returning 127.0.0.1. Users will see a disconnection error if they attempt to connect to chat.
