Save this article to My Help for easy reference. You can visit the article at any time from any computer.

Replace an article

You have reached the maximum number of saved articles. Your oldest saved article will be replaced with the new one.

Here’s how:

Click the down-arrow on the right end of the Compose button and select Chat, or click the Online link next to Contacts on the left side of the page to open a conversation tab.
In the toolbar along the top of this window, click View.
Click Hide Timestamps.

Also, you can turn timestamps back on anytime you need them.
