With just a click and some typing in a Search window, tap into the growing reservoir of knowledge that’s being created by Yahoo! Mail users in Yahoo! Answers. Your keyword (like “attachment” or “font”) or phrase (like “how do I make a signature”) brings up a quick list of real peoples’ answers to questions like yours.

If you can’t find a near-enough match to your question, click Ask in the upper-left corner. You’ll be prompted to sign-in with your Yahoo! ID – and then you can ask your question directly. It’s kind of like leaning over to the person sitting next to you and asking them if they’ve figured out what you’re struggling with. It’s fun and personal – and super helpful. Also, once you sign in you can answer other peoples’ questions!

The first time you sign into Answers, choose a nickname (anything!) and choose an image to show (again – your choice. Or nothing!). Then tell us which email address we should use to send you answers to your questions.
