After running a search, there is a link for the Advanced Search page on the left hand side of the page, below the Refinement module.

If you want to access the Advanced Search page before you run a search, you have two options: click the Search Mail button with no search term entered in the input box; or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + S.
