I can't upload my image. What's the problem?

Please check the following if you're unable to upload an image:

  • Please make sure your image is a JPEG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif) file. Yahoo! Local Site Wizard supports only JPEG and GIF image files. Simply renaming the file type won't change the file type. You'll need to use an image-editing program to convert the file into a JPEG or GIF file before uploading it.
  • When you're prompted to name your files, be sure to enter names that include no special characters, symbols, or spaces. File names can contain only upper- or lowercase letters, numbers, underscores (_), dashes (-), and periods (.), and cannot start with a period.
