Why can't I load the Site Wizard?

Please make sure you meet the minimum system requirements to run Site Wizard.

If you meet the minimum system requirements, please try launching Site Wizard again. Sometimes Site Wizard will not load completely, and this may cause some features not to work correctly.

It may help to shut down and restart your browser, and perhaps even your computer, before you try relaunching Site Wizard.

If issues continue to occur after following these steps, you might try reinstalling or upgrading your browser. You can download the latest versions of the Navigator and Internet Explorer browsers at Netscape or Microsoft.
