To save your changes and publish your site anytime, click the "Save and Publish" link on the left side of any page of the Site Wizard. You'll be prompted to confirm that you'd like to republish your pages and be given a final chance to preview your pages. (To preview your web pages anytime, just click the "Preview" button at the bottom of any Site Wizard page.)

Please note that if you click "Cancel" to stop working on your site before you publish, your changes will not be saved. To save any changes you've made to your pages in the wizard, you must visit the "Save and Publish" page and complete the publishing process.
