No, they won't be saved. To save your changes anytime, click the "Save and Publish" link on the left side of any page of the Site Wizard. You'll be prompted to confirm that you'd like to republish your pages and be given a final chance to preview your pages. (To preview your web pages anytime, just click the "Preview" button at the bottom of any Site Wizard page.)
