Can anybody submit local rating or review?
Yes. Anyone who has used a business or service can rate or review it for Yahoo! Local. We offer guidelines that specify what can and cannot be included in reviews. As long as those guidelines are followed, we'll post the review. As noted in the guidelines, businesses listed in Yahoo! Local are not allowed to post reviews about themselves or other listed businesses.
