Note: Please make sure to check with a parent, teacher, or adult in charge of the computer before downloading any software or changing any settings on your computer.

Before downloading and installing the latest version of the free RealOne player, remove any other versions of the player installed on your system by doing the following:

1. Click the "Start" button, which is located in the lower-left side of your desktop.
2. Select "Settings" and click "Control Panel."
3. Click the icon labeled "Select Add/Remove Programs."
4. Scroll through the list of installed programs to see if you can detect any version of the RealPlayer.
5. If you have the player, click it once and then click the "Add/Remove" button to uninstall the application.
6. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm the removal of the program. Click "OK."
7. Close the Add/Remove Program Properties and Control Panel windows.

You are now ready to download and install the free RealOne Player. Follow these steps:

1. Choose "RealOne Player" from the Downloads list.
2. Click the "Yes" button in the Download pop-up window.
3. Follow the prompts to install the player.
