If you click the link to view your e-card, but get an error message, you should try and copy and pasting the entire URL into the address window of your browser and hitting enter. Email programs sometimes wrap long URLs causing them to break. Often only a portion of the URL remains clickable. Clicking this incomplete URL causes an error message. Yahoo! Kids E-cards needs the complete URL to show you the correct card.
If you are copying and pasting the URL, be sure you get the entire URL, and not just the part that is clickable. Check to see if there are extra characters and that they are included in the URL you paste in the address window of your browser.
If copying and pasting does not work, it could be that the card you were sent is no longer available. However, as we do not normally remove e-cards after they are up, an error with the URL rather than an expired card is more likely.
